CAN I ORDER OUTSIDE OF SWEDEN?
We currently only ship and deliver products within Sweden, but stay tuned as we are planning to expand our capabilities within the EU and other international destinations. Additionally, you can drop us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org if you live outside of Sweden and wish to do a purchase, we will get back to you with a quotation.
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO SHIP MY PRODUCT?
We are currently offering free shipping on all orders within Sweden.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
On average your order will take up to 8 to 10 working days to deliver.
CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Yes, you have the right to return a product and get a refund, please note the following procedure to follow: .
You have 14 days to return an order after receiving it
Include the Delivery Note in the return package
Returns are made using shipping label included in your package. Customers cover the cost of returns.
All returns will be fully refunded, given that the label is still attached, and the item is unused and unworn. If the product or packaging is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value (including the total value of the product) when refunding the product.
You are responsible for any damage incurred by items during the return shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you send the products well packaged, in unused condition and in their original box
The refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make your original purchase
